Drink Descriptions

Caffe Latte
1 shot of espresso; pour steamed milk over and cap with rich, thick foam. For latte lovers, Folklore can create that perfect drink any time of year! Hot or Cold, it works so well!

Caffe Breve
1 shot espresso; pour steamed half and half and cap with full, rich froth. Try it with Folklore Tiramisu flavor!

Caffe Mocha
1 shot espresso, 1 ounce chocolate syrup; pour steamed milk and top with whipped cream. Add Folklore Macadamia Nut or Hazelnut for a perfect combination! Folklore and chocolate agree very well!

Italian Cream Sodas
1 oz Folklore Syrup, 1 oz half and half; pour club soda and add ice. A rich, rewarding flavor you will keep coming back for.

Italian Sodas
1 ounce Folklore Syrup, club soda, and ice. Perfect for those hot summer days!

Granita
